Advantages

The project is simply amazing. Amenities here are super great. Some of them are Party Lawn, Rooftop Lounge, Aerobics Room, and Library. Residents can enjoy beautiful views of Yeoor Hills right from the comfort of their rooms. There are Malls, gym, school, colleges and station at 3kms away. In every 500m, there's one auto and bus stand. It is around 4.3kms from Thane railway station. So travelling is pretty much convenient here.

It is a luxurious property and close to Eastern Express Highway. The locality is great and residents can enjoy super good views of Yeoor Hills and Upvan Lake from their rooms itself. There’s excellent amenities here such as Reflexology Park, Barbecue Deck, and Sun Deck. There is a rickshaw stand with share facilities also at walking distance. There are 2 shopping malls nearby Korum & Viviana mall. The best part here is, there’s 24hours medical shop at walking distance also.
