Advantages

I work in Parel and was worried about the daily travel but honestly it works out fine. The bus stop is walkable and frequency is decent during peak hours. Auto drivers don't refuse which is a big plus. My only gripe is that return journey after 9 PM gets tricky because buses reduce. Overall, the slightly longer commute is worth it for the space I got at this price compared to cramped options closer to work.

Advantages

We moved in July last year during peak monsoon and I was nervous about leaks. The building held up really well, no seepage in our flat. The drainage in the basement was a bit slow initially but society got it cleared. Balconies don't flood which happened in our old place. Construction quality feels solid when it rains. The only issue was some minor wall cracks appeared after first monsoon but builder fixed them without fuss.
