Birla Evam is a wonderful project in Manjari. The construction quality is nice. The flats are huge as compared to the project we visited before. Overall, it is a nice project.

Advantages

The location of Birla Evam is amazing. It is truly prime as everything in nearby. The main highway is just beside the property. The Manjari railway station is also near. There are also bus and auto services.

Advantages

I visited this project after hearing about its launch. The project plan is nicely designed. There is a lot of space in the apartments as well as in the premises. Also, residents will get a lot of amenities in this project.
