Advantages

We moved our tech startup here eight months ago and overall it's been a smart choice. The internet speed is genuinely fast, which matters a lot for our work. The conference rooms are modern and clients seem impressed when they visit. The only actual grievance I have is that it takes the AC a long time to cool our floor during afternoons, and at times the cleaning team overlooks our wing. However, the management has been accommodating whenever we have brought up concerns hence I cannot complain much.

Advantages

I manage operations for our company here and deal with building services daily. The security team is professional and the visitor management system works smoothly. Maintenance responds quickly to tickets, which is rare in my experience. The common areas stay clean and well maintained. However, booking meeting rooms during peak hours is a nightmare because the system doesn't always sync properly. Also, the guest parking fills up fast and there's no real overflow solution. Still, compared to our old building, this is definitely an upgrade.
