Advantages

The location near Magarpatta Cybercity is honestly perfect for someone like me. My office is barely 3 minutes away, which means I can actually get home for lunch if needed. But what really got me excited is the 1-acre forest zone right inside the project. After sitting in front of a screen all day, having that kind of green space to unwind makes a huge difference. It's exactly the kind of balance I've been looking for.

Advantages

I went for a site visit last month, and the sheer scale of it surprised me. It's a 12-acre project but they're only building 8 towers, so it doesn't feel cramped at all. There's actual breathing space between the buildings. The clubhouse is supposed to be around 30,000 sq. ft., which is massive. My wife and I have two kids, so having that kind of facility will be a big plus for weekends and holidays.
