Advantages

I like the beautiful view of the Kokapeta Lake from here. The approach road is a bit shaky, but that can be expected considering that this area is being developed heavily. I consider this a good investment because the value appreciation of this place will skyrocket once it is properly set into motion.

Hillcrest is a low-density project, and the landscaping done here is excellent. The parking area allotted is spacious and has a high ceiling. The view from the balcony is serene. I am booking a house here, definitely.
