Advantages

We moved here mainly for our kids' education. Being just 15 minutes away from SS Vaze School and GS Shetty International has saved us so much time in the mornings. Even IIT Bombay is right there. It is a very safe area for families. The only small issue is that because there are so many schools nearby, the school bus traffic can be a bit loud in the mornings, but the convenience makes it worth it.

Advantages

As someone who works in different parts of Mumbai, the connectivity here is the best part. I can reach the Eastern Express Highway in 10 minutes and Thane or Mulund stations in about 20 minutes. It makes my daily office commute very easy. However, the construction for the new Metro Line 4 makes the main road a bit dusty right now, so you have to keep your windows closed often.
