Advantages

I wanted to a buy a house in mahalaxmi for so long. The planning of this layout is really good. They have good space in 5 bhk apartments. Everything that is essential for every day is easily available in this locality. The apartments look really attractive and promising. 37 floors have great interior and exterior look. The overallt tower is well planned.

I personally loved the planning of amenities by lodha. It is very easy for even people outside Bombay to connect and find their community. Mahalaxami is a great place to live with a family. This part of mumbai will be very eveentful with major events happening around the locality. Great hospitals and colleges are also very nearby.
