Advantages

The project is classy. Ambiance is really awesome and peaceful. There’s Private park for the convenience of the residents. There’s very good view of the Eastern Seaboard. Herb garden is designed for the residents. People who are into gardening and planting, it’s the best place for them. Facilities are ample here and its well maintained. Networking is great this side.

Advantages

This is a luxurious property. Amenities are very good and modern like. Lots of exhibitions happen here and there’s in house movie theatre as well. All sport activities take place. There’s lot of open space, very pet friendly, fastest residential lift and many more great things. It is easy to find cabs as well and all drivers know the building. There is a train station at 10mins walking distance too. So overall it is an accessible location.
