Advantages

I booked a 1 BHK here primarily because of the metro station, which is literally a 5-minute walk away. For the affordable price point in 2026, finding a project on Ghodbunder Road with this kind of connectivity is rare. The capital appreciation once the Borivali tunnel opens will be massive.

Advantages

What sold me on Rahayu was the 'aqua-theme' concept. They have planned over 20 amenities, including a unique Pilates studio and a great swimming pool area. It will help me cultivate healthy habits. The views of the Yeoor Hills from the higher floors are absolutely stunning.
