Got inheritance money and this is my one shot at buying right. Researched Raymond's financials for weeks, checked court cases, spoke to their previous buyers. Company seems stable. Wadala pricing is more reasonable than Parel or Lower Parel for similar quality. My unit gets morning sun which I wanted. Parking allocation is clear. Construction timeline is 30 months and I've mentally added six more as buffer.
