Advantages

I love the social life here. The banquet halls and community spaces make it very easy to host family functions within the society. The only minor issue is the traffic at the Shahad bridge during peak hours, but once the new road widening is complete, that should improve.

The 'Grand Musical Fountain' is a hit with the kids every evening. It’s a very well-maintained society. Even with so many towers, the water supply and power backup have been very reliable. It’s a perfect balance of luxury and affordable living.
