Advantages

I recently visited the site of this project. Their planning for all the apartments is amazing. I'm looking forward to buying it with my family in the future. The rooms are very spacious with enough space for people to do daily chores. My wife also loved the space for 2 bhk flats. Overall it looks like a great project.
