Advantages

This place is just 700 metres away from the main road making it very convenient for people like me to travel. Basically, the connectivity options are great here. And the expanse of the total land parcel is big as well. I think this place will be a good place for a big community.

I am happy with my experience here. The person-incharge helped me thioroughly throughout the buying process. The connectivity is good if you have a car or bike. I cannot comment about the community here until I shift here permanently. So far, the experience has been nice.
