Advantages

The location inside ELCOT SEZ is an absolute winner for anyone working in OMR. Being able to live in a 43-storey tower with a skybridge right next to major IT hubs is a dream. The design with no common walls is a huge plus for privacy, which is hard to find in Chennai's high-rises.

Advantages

I was blown away by the 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. It feels like a luxury resort. As a parent, having a creche and a mini-theater within the society is very convenient. The view from the skybridge is going to be spectacular, especially the sea-view terraces.
