Advantages

The low-rise G+6 design is the best part. Unlike congested high-rises, it feels very open and airy. The 10 acres of tropical gardens are perfect for my morning walks, and the Spanish architecture gives the whole place a very premium, vacation-like vibe right in the middle of the city.
