Advantages

The Kalpataru Azuro project is undoubtedly premium and well-designed. However, the pricing is slightly on the higher side even for Malabar Hills’ benchmarks. But it is good place to live with a family. The amenities are amazing. I liked the locality too.

Advantages

The apartments are premium and values privacy and long-term prestige. Although traffic during certain hours of the day can be frustrating, especially for daily commuters. The rooms are very huge here. I hope they manage the traffic problems. Otherwise it is a good place.
