Advantages

My mother has medical issues and needs frequent Fortis Hospital. The hospital is just 3 minutes from Zaver project which was main reason we booked. Can take her quickly during emergencies. The 2BHK is compact but enough for us. The lift and parking make it easy when taking mother for hospital visits. Booked last month thinking about her health needs.

Advantages

I teach at Mulund College of Commerce which is very close to this project. Been traveling from Thane for 8 years and it was getting exhausting. Now college is reachable in 10 minutes. The kitchen has good platform space which I wanted for cooking. Bathroom tiles look safe and durable. The 2 bhk works for me and wife.
