Been living in Mulund for 12 years, so I know the area well. This project's location is actually quite smart. Close to schools and the market areas I already use. Construction quality looks decent from my weekend visits. The builder has a reasonable track record in Mumbai. Floor plans have good ventilation, which matters in this climate.
