Advantages

Living in a G+41 storey tower in this part of Thane is a surreal experience. We chose a higher floor specifically for the unobstructed views of the Ulhas River and the city skyline. Sunteck Crescent Park is literally redefining the horizon here.

The open green space is what sold us. In a congested area like Ulhasnagar, having an infinity pool 55 feet above ground level is a luxury. My kids love the sand pit and skating rink, and I finally have a proper 'Power Walk' path that isn't on a busy main road.
